話說當日大家飽餐一頓豐富意大利菜後 ,  又加上天大面子托朋友買了兩支 好 Brunello di Montalcino Biondi Santi 1997 , 自己心情絕佳 ,  開心充昏了頭腦 ,  手 Fing Fing , 準備去附近酒店 check in 途中 , 樂極生悲  ………

自己手足不協調 , 一轉手竟然跣手 , 酒連袋應聲墮地 , 一個令人心碎的聲音 , “啪" 的一聲在自己面前跌得粉碎 , 酒花四濺, 天忌靚紅 , 魂斷濠江 ………..

酒友嘩然 , 紛紛湧至 .自己暗罵自己為何如此大意 , 竟會犯此過失 , 情緒激動 , 欲哭無淚 , 心情久未平復  ………….  幾乎想模彷教宗來一個親吻大地 ………好彩有其他酒友及時阻止 , 在旁安慰 。

所謂酒破不能復原 , 唯有接受現實 , 自嘆有緣無份 ………只能唱一句 命裏有時終需有 ………一切己失去 , 不可以再追 …….. 可幸第二支酒分開袋 , 由其他酒友幫手提取 , 否則 Total Lost……… , 唯有好好保存剩下的一支。

Savioni, Brunello di Montalcino, 1997: Full bodied, rich and elegant, this deep royal purple wine is packed with tannins, already showing signs of smoothing out, and beautiful balancing plum, blackberry and vanilla aromas and flavors. Even though the flavors already linger on and on, the wine is barely approachable now and will be at its best only starting in 2007 – 2008. After that, look forward to fine cellaring until 2025 – 2030. Score 97.
